Our Marketing Specialists are the finest revenue consultants in the world. Clients depend on them to create valuable solutions for brand empowerment and revenue generation. Marketing Specialists work hand-in-hand with Operations Specialists to prospect, inform, and close new leads.

 

Compensation:

 

Uncapped, commission only pay with unlimited earning potential. What you earn is dependent on how hard you work and how much effort you give every day.

• 20% on every deal you generate and close yourself

• 10% on every lead you generate that an executive sales member closes, allows you to earn money while others do the heavy lifting!!

• Average deal: $3,000

Your Role:

 

• Identify companies locally and nationwide that will benefit from Uptrade Media’s services

• Make cold calls daily, with mentorship from executive sales members to help perfect your sales pitch

• Work alongside Uptrade Creative Specialists and Operation Specialists in a collaborative manner to build the best marketing package for your clients. You will communicate with your client every step of the way and provide feedback to your fellow team members.

• Think critically and make suggestions to potential clients about how Uptrade can improve their company.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with your clients

Your Background:

 

• Prior B2B or B2C sales experience preferred but not required

• At least have a high school diploma

• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background check

• Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

• Self-driven and hard working, slackers stay away!

• Be able to quickly familiarize themselves with all Google Cloud apps such as: Google Docs, Gmail and Google Hangouts as well as Uptrade Media’s CRM software.

• Maintain a professional, honest and ethical manner, as a sales person you are the face of our company and must represent it as such

Creative Specialist      

Uptrade Media Graphic Designer

 

The Creative Specialist makes everything come together. Once all the statistics and ideas created by our solutions teams are compiled, it falls on this role to breathe life into the vision. Creative Specialists are relied upon to create visceral imagery and define visual strategy for Uptrade Media's clients. 
 

Compensation:

 

• Receive a starting salary of $38,000/year salary with potential for team bonuses at end of year.

• Full access to Adobe Cloud Software with all applications as well as two desktop monitors

• Being a salaried graphic designer is many artists dream, being able to do what you love and not constantly wondering where your next job will come from. Leave that up to our Uptrade Sales Associates!

Your Role:

 

• Work alongside Uptrade Marketing Specialists and Operation Specialists in a collaborative manner to build the best marketing package for our clients. You will communicate with our sales persons every step of the way to ensure our clients needs are met and we maintain top notch customer service.

• Will have unlimited, free reign on your creations but must also be receptive to critique and revisions.

• At Uptrade Media we offer:

  • Tri-fold handout design

  • Mailer/poster design

 

Your Background:

 

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop mandatory

• Proficiency in all Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred

• At least have a high school diploma

• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background check

• Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

• Quickly familiarize themselves with all Google Cloud apps such as: Google Docs, Gmail and Google Hangouts as well as Uptrade Media’s CRM software.

• Willingness to learn new skills quickly and effectively

Operations Specialist

Uptrade Media Data Analyst
 

The Operations Specialist is the lifeblood of Uptrade Media's solutions. They provide Creative and Marketing Specialists with the crucial data revelations necessary to maximize each project. Throughout the week, Operations Specialists maintain administrative processes, and ensure the numbers always add up.

Compensation:

 

• Receive a starting salary of $28,000/year with 5% commission on all sales closed by Marketing Specialist team member.

• Will be provided a Chromebook and access to all data analysis software required.

 

Your Role:

 

• Work alongside Uptrade Marketing Specialists and Creative Specialists in a collaborative manner to build the best marketing package for our clients. You will communicate with our sales persons every step of the way to ensure our clients receive the top notch customer service and that all their marketing needs are met.

• A portion of your day will be spent sitting with our Marketing Specialists drawing up proposals for prospects, maintaining CRM software inputs and developing creative and strategic marketing solutions to best meet their prospects needs.

• Analyze demographic metrics from various social media platforms such as: Instagram, Facebook, Etsy, etc and provide feedback to your team with successes and areas for improvement.

• Analyze website traffic via Google analytics regarding, click-through-rate, bounce-rate and demographics and similarly, provide feedback to your team with successes and areas for improvement.

• Analyze and quantify data gathered from focus groups and customer surveys and create comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations.

 

Your Background:

 

• Prior B2B or B2C sales experience preferred but not required

 

• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background check

• Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in data science, marketing or related field preferred

• Proficiency in Excel, SPSS 24/25 or JASP required.

• Knowledge of various data analysis tests: T-test, correlations, one-way/two-way ANOVAs

• Organized, thorough, step-wise thought process

• Quickly familiarize themselves with all Google Cloud apps such as: Google Docs, Gmail and Google Hangouts as well as Uptrade Media’s CRM software.
